Mister Supranational, Dr. Fezile Mkhize, touched down in Windhoek, Namibia, and was greeted by the reigning Mister Supranational Namibia, Malan van den Berg, national director Willem Fourie and the candidates who are vying to become the next Mister Supranational Namibia in February. As usual, a beaming Fezile made an effort to have a chat with everyone before he was whisked off for his first appointment of the day.
Straight from the airport, it was time for an interview at Namibia’s leading radio station, Kosmos 94.1. Here Fez spoke about his role as an ambassador for the Mister Supranational Organization and his Brick by Brick campaign, which focuses on self-improvement and mental wealth.
Then it was an interview with OneAfrica television, where he answered a range of questions to introduce Namibians to him. Fezile’s inspirational answers impressed everyone and his messaged will be conveyed on this fantastic platform for Namibians to watch.
In the afternoon, Fezile arrived at a financial institution to give a corporate motivation speech about health and wellbeing in the workplace. Of course, there was great excitement from those who heard him speak and he patiently took photos with everyone and made sure to have a little chat with everyone and pose for photos.
In the evening, there was a dinner meeting with Namibian financial guru and longtime supporter of Miss and Mister Supranational Namibia, Stephanie Viljoen and Miss Supranational Namibia 2022, Dr. Julita Kitwe Mbangula, to discuss his weekend mission and possible future collaborations.
Day 1’s goal was to reach as many people in as many ways as possible and it was a very successful day. He remarked time and time again about how warm, friendly and welcoming the people in Namibia are.
